Bill owns and runs his own Trout and Coarse Fishery in West Wales called Nineoaks Fishery. He ran the successful Cei Dev Sea School from New Quay having previously been a Sea Fishing Club's Secretary.
During the summer he organises Fishing Schools and Coaching sessions at his own lakes and Sea sessions on the Coast. See his website for more details.
